Read with the Deacs

The Skip Prosser Literacy Program invites you to Read with the Deacs. This program strives to create a community of readers in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County. Student interns and ambassadors regularly visit local elementary schools to promote our love of reading with schools participating in the Skip Prosser READ Challenge.

For 2024/2025, we invite faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community members to join the Skip Prosser Literacy Program interns in reading City Spies by James Ponti. Participants can order the book through Bookmarks. Wake Forest students can pick up a free copy of the book in the Education Library (Tribble Hall A2) while supplies last.
